Alongside these promising communities , Bob Webb is working on a couple more projects in Central Ohio , which Brandon is thrilled to describe . “ We have a project going on within Liberty Township , a suburb very close to our office . Large lots are hard to find in the area , making it challenging to build bigger homes or pools , which are in high demand . Through this project , we are able to offer 1.5-acre lots , allowing clients to build spacious home and still have ample outdoor living areas . Furthermore , we have another subdivision getting ready to start in Jefferson Township , where we have done great work with our engineers and the Township . This environmentally friendly community is surrounded by extensive green spaces with a lot of trees . In fact , we have designed the lots to be interwoven to preserve almost all the trees .
