“ One project that stands out is a stunning 7500-square-foot triplex loft in Tribeca , which beautifully blends modern design with functional living spaces . Currently , we are working on combining two townhouses in the West Village , totalling over 10,000 square feet .”
Scordio ’ s next project involves the construction of a residential 12-storey building on the 4th Avenue corridor in Park Slope on a site owned by the company . “ This project represents a significant investment in the community and aligns with our vision of creating high-quality living spaces in one of New York City ’ s most vibrant neighborhoods ,” Anthony says . “ We are eager to see this vision come to fruition and contribute to the growth and revitalization of Park Slope when the time is right .”
