The business has grown to specialize in building luxury homes from the ground up , as well as signature homes for sale , in the markets of Westchester County , New York , and Fairfield County , Connecticut .
To learn more about the company ’ s evolution , we speak with owner and founder , Robert Georgio . “ We build truly custom homes for our clients , and we ’ re involved with the project from the onset ,” he opens . “ Sometimes clients approach us and have already purchased a piece of land , but sometimes we assist in finding the lot on their behalf . We then put together an entire team , comprising architects , engineers , landscape architects , and designers that will work together under our guidance and supervision to ensure the result is nothing short of exquisite .

“ Our dedicated team works hard to combine our unique and sophisticated design aesthetic with the customers ’ desires and requirements , helping to make dreams a reality . We offer design guidance and concepts during the planning stages before we perform and oversee all aspects of construction . Upon completion , our detail-oriented design team walks through the home to make sure everything is flawless .
