The wide range of projects consisted of new builds , additions , emergency room renovations and infrastructure upgrades all with a focus on life safety . The years of experience I gained were invaluable and solidified my confidence in both commercial and residential settings . With a long commute and my young family needing more attention , I returned to New Jersey ’ s residential sector as the VP of Construction for Signature Communities building luxury notable home developments across Monmouth and Ocean Counties such as Beau Ridge at Holmdel and Waterford Estates in Manalapan . After many years of considerable success and a passion for building , I founded Prestige Custom Builders in 2007 .”
