Owner and President Kevin Brooks outlines the company ’ s history : “ The company was started in 1980 by my former business partner Steve Paskoski . In 2007 , I became a partner in the business and in 2021 I became the sole owner . Institute of Technology in 1999 , I started in the company as a carpenter ’ s assistant , eventually working my way up to supervisor , project manager , and then partner . Throughout that time , Steve instilled the philosophy of building a home as if it was your own . This includes finding the best quality materials , the best quality craftsmanship throughout the house but also looking after the finances as if you were spending your own money . We pride ourselves on putting the customer first and doing what ’ s right for them throughout the entire home building process .”
