I always had a love for construction , and eventually decided it was time for me to move on and seek a better opportunity for myself . I launched Platinum in 2000 , starting with small remodelling jobs for bathrooms and basements . Slowly but surely , the business grew , and here we are today , building highend homes in various communities around New York ,” he opens .
From these strong roots in remodelling and renovations , Ben diversified the company to cover a broader spectrum of services . “ Rather than building in one specific style , we follow the plans provided by our customers , who work with architects of their choosing to come up with and price out their designs . From there , if we are selected to build the property based on those plans , we proceed with the construction of their home . By avoiding limiting our expertise to one style , we can deliver homes in a wide variety of aesthetics , from very modern to traditional or transitional , among many others .”
