As our conversation ends, talk turns to what the future holds for Levant.“ We’ re embarking on some marketing events and activities as we prepare to start accepting custom homes and help customers build their dream home,” Ghandi says.“ We’ re in the process of designing one of the most spectacular homes we’ ve ever built, and we hope to break ground later in 2025. It’ s a spec development in Piney Point, Houston, and at just under 15,000 square feet, it will be one of the largest homes in the area.
“ Our engineering expertise sets us apart in the area. We’ re constantly pushing the realms of what’ s possible and I often tell my designers,‘ don’ t worry about how I’ m going to build it, just come up with something spectacular,’ and they’ re continuously challenging my knowledge.
“ I believe we’ ll be one of, if not the, top luxury developer in the region,” Ghandi concludes as we ask where he sees Levant in five years’ time.“ We want to stay within Texas but potentially expand to other areas within the state, and I’ d like to explore different residential options like mid- or high-rise buildings. We enjoy taking on new challenges, so who knows – we might see a Levant village of luxury homes and amenities in the future! Most importantly, we’ ll continue to strengthen our brand awareness so that Levant is instantly associated with the highest standards of luxury living.” ■
