Turning to Onshore’ s capabilities, Dan continues:“ Our focus is major high-end residential and around 85 percent of our projects are waterfront homes. We’ ve delivered a 26,000-square-foot home for Ed Brown, the former CEO of Patron Tequila, for instance, and we’ re currently embarking on a $ 20-million renovation project for a well-known athlete and star, as well as building a new home for an MLB player, which will exceed $ 40 million. Balancing the management of these large and complicated projects with that of smaller new homes and renovations has been something we continually focus on, maintaining a high level of management and quality control on all of our projects regardless of size.
CMi has been serving residents and businesses in Palm Beach,
Martin and St. Lucie Counties since 1992. So, we’ ve been around a while. While we started in Jupiter with just 5 people and 3 vehicles doing custom home HVAC work, we’ ve grown to over 120 employees and over 95 vehicles at our current location in Lake Park.
We’ ve expanded from custom residential home systems to commercial applications, to VRF( variable refrigerant flow) systems and a full slate of Electrical services.
