The company is managed by three key figures. Firstly, Co-Founder, George L Ford III, who oversees the company’ s long-term strategy and growth. George founded Seabreeze Building to fill what he saw as a gap in the market for‘ best in class’ construction services. A native of the North Palm Beach area, he graduated from St. Andrews High School and received his bachelor’ s degree from Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, Tennessee.
George is a licensed Residential Building Contractor in the state of Florida and served for several years as the Florida Speaker of the House in regards to worker’ s compensatory rights. He has received a number of accolades for his civic leadership work, including the Nancy Graham Orchid Award, which is given to members of the community who provide
exceptional service to others. He also won the National Government Affairs Award, as presented by the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.
These accomplishments demonstrate George’ s deep respect for workers throughout the construction industry. His experience in civic duty shapes his management style, cultivating positive and mutually beneficial partnerships with some of the industry’ s most talented craftspeople.
Alongside George is his Co-Founder, Pete Hineman. Pete has earned a strong reputation throughout the industry for his home-building work in the Palm Beach area. He combines an unparalleled work ethic with strong creative abilities.
