It will be a gorgeous space for fun and entertainment with an overall focus on wellbeing.”
The development division is experiencing high levels of demand and success, with a recent eight-home development called Hunter Estates completely selling out. Another development called Project Gore is approaching completion. A custom estate like no other, the development features a detached five-bedroom, five-and-a-halfbathroom home, with an open 7000-squarefoot layout that seamlessly integrates outdoor and indoor spaces. High ceilings and vast, expansive windows flood the space with light, creating a warm and open ambiance, enhancing the luxury feel of the home.
Thanks to all the efforts that Wiltshire Homes has invested over the past decade, it has won several awards for its design and construction, with three quite recent wins. Odeen shares the impact this has had on the business:“ It’ s great to be recognized, especially by our industry peers. Even just a couple weeks ago [ at time of writing ] we won Custom Home Builder of the Year by the Durham Home Builders Association, which is a local association here in the Greater Toronto Area. To be competing with some of the companies that we’ ve looked up to since we were young, to be in the same room as the CEOs of these organizations, and to interact with them was a really inspiring and fulfilling experience. It continues to further motivate and drive us towards design and building excellence.”
Looking to the months ahead and into the coming years, Odeen concludes by outlining the company’ s ambitions:“ We’ re very excited about the Wiltshire Retreat; we’ ve broken
ground on it this year; it won’ t be done until
next year, but we’ ll be moving quickly ahead on that. We also have some other amazing client projects to complete. We’ ll continue to stay on top of our game in terms of designing and building gorgeous homes, not only here in the Greater Toronto Area, but the vision and goal is for us to be building some of these exclusive luxury homes internationally.
“ Over the next five years, I would like for us to have retreats and luxury home builds all over the world. More specifically, as we enter the hospitality field, it’ s exciting to see how this unfolds here in the Greater Toronto Area before we undertake an expansion into other parts of Canada and North America, and then across the rest of the globe.” ■
