Evan then reflects on the factors that differentiate CroweBuilt Homes from its competition:“ Our hands-on approach is definitely a major influence. We treat every client like family. You can hire a bigger company where you’ re just dealing with a cog in the wheel, and you may just be another number for them. But for us, we want to really build that relationship and trust up front. We truly guide our clients through the process, making sure that there is always an emotional connection so they can tell that we’ re on the journey with them. With every client, it’ s generally their largest investment and their dream home; it’ s their one-time, whereas for us, we do this every single day, so it’ s important to convey that each home is truly special to us. Our client care is definitely one of the elements that separates us.”
Customer care is critical, but sustaining positive relationships with designers and architects has also been a key component of CroweBuilt Homes’ success. Evan describes the approach the company takes:“ I think being a team player and respecting each professional for what they do is crucial. The design team may have a grand idea and it may not work perfectly with what we have on site, so we make sure that we understand their intentions and that we communicate openly with them, providing them with all the information they need to find a solution and make that final decision. We each have that same respect, and we each communicate with the client so that we are all on the same page, working together to serve the homeowner.
“ It’ s about pulling in the same direction and not blaming anyone for mistakes, or secondguessing choices or motivations. Instead, we work together for the client. We make all our decisions with the client’ s best interests at heart, with all of us pushing towards the same goal. I think that’ s the biggest factor.”
