The company was born out of a desire to raise the standards of construction in South Florida. After spending two decades managing complex projects in cities like Boston, New York, and Washington, DC, I saw firsthand what true professionalism and craftsmanship looked like. When I relocated to South Florida, I noticed a gap in the market for builders who combined technical expertise with transparency and reliability, so I founded Builcore with a mission to fill that gap.
