▲ Bryan Beavers handy and have some skills, none of our projects would come to fruition without our subcontractors. Our smaller group of subcontractors understands our expectations, and we understand theirs, which simplifies management and fosters a family-like atmosphere. These are valuable relationships that we work hard to maintain. To that end, we have a core group of our two to three favorite subcontractors in each trade that we collaborate with daily, ensuring they are consistently involved in our projects. This approach means that if we need a painter, we do not rush the process if they are not available as soon as we need them. Instead, we communicate with our clients that we may need to wait a week or two for our trusted crew to be available. I’ ve always managed to navigate these situations with clients by emphasizing our commitment to building their home right the first time, even if it means waiting for the right people,” Bryan explains.
Next, we learn about the company’ s approach to guiding clients throughout the construction of their homes.“ We like to be on site to guide our clients and demonstrate how our approach makes the homes they are building with us better the ones where they currently live. Our customers invest significant amounts in their forever homes, and we want to ensure they fully understand what they are receiving, even if they already trust us completely. By involving them in the process, we empower them to take ownership of their home, fostering a greater sense of pride in their investment,” Bryan ends. ■
