Stephen joins us to elaborate on the company’ s evolution over the last 22 years, but first he discusses his own journey into the homebuilding industry.“ My father was a builder and developer, and I started working for him during the summers at the age of 12,” Stephen opens.“ After college, I worked in the construction sector on Palm Beach Island for ten years before starting my own business in early 2003. I was mainly working on historic home renovations in the early days, as well as a few townhomes in the historical areas of West Palm Beach, such as Flamingo Park and‘ SoSo’ before it really grew into the luxury coastal community it is today.
“ I eventually transitioned into building new custom homes, and I take a hands-on approach to all our homes, working directly with the owners and architects on every project. Today, we provide design and build services, and full general contracting services for new custom homes, renovations, and additions, as well as providing consulting services for select clients and owners.”
