“ We also recently completed a developer build project, which is a historic home at 317 Greymon Road in West Palm Beach. This was a challenging historic rebuild to ensure the new elements of the home aligned with the existing structure from 1920. The new area spans just over 4000 square feet, and this home will hit the market soon at around $ 5 million.
“ During Covid, we experienced tremendous growth, and one of my favorite projects, 241 Almeria Road in the historic El Cid district of West Palm Beach, was built during the pandemic,” Stephen reflects.“ Many of our suppliers had closed or were facing delayed deliveries and even certain employees or subcontractors were unable to work full-time. It was a challenging time, but we all rolled up our sleeves and worked harder to ultimately increase our efficiency with less resources.”
Towards the end of our conversation, Stephen turns his attention to what’ s next for both the business specifically and the wider market.“ We’ re seeing increased demand for smaller, new custom homes and renovations, as many of our clients are looking to renovate
their existing homes as they have low interest rates and no plans to move,” he suggests.“ As inflation and tariffs continue to drive higher construction costs, clients will want to do more with less. However, I think Florida will always be a great place for second home buyers and owners; the weather and lifestyle are unrivaled, and the West Palm Beach area has a lot to offer buyers from the Northeast.
“ With some projects getting closer to completion and a few new ones started, we’ re aiming to finish the year and final quarter in a strong position. It’ s a non-stop ride growing the business and creating
