“ That’ s one of the most exciting parts of the process; seeing a blank piece of paper become the first step towards someone’ s dream home. There are multiple design reviews, where the client confers with us and the architect, until everyone is happy to move forward.
“ The hand-drawn design is then turned into a 3D rendering, and from there we can begin choosing accents and details, such as paint color, bricks, tiles, and shingles. We’ ve found that investing time up-front into planning and preparing for the project helps construction run much smoother. It also gives clients an insight into the scale of the project and keeps them feeling involved in the process from day one.”
