“ One project that we’ re currently working on is Southern Cross Lane, which is based in an upand-coming neighborhood called Watersound Camp Creek,” he says.“ It’ s tied to the golf course and amenities center, so it’ s very attractive to new buyers coming into the area. My wife actually designed all of the interiors on this project. It’ s a 6,650 square foot home right on a pond, with six bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen and backyard. It took us 14 months to build, and it’ s currently listed for $ 6.2 million.
“ In addition, we’ re also building a 10,600 square foot house in Seagrove, which is next to Seaside where The Truman Show was shot. It’ s a very popular area; the house is on the beach and is going to be listed for around $ 29 million when it’ s done. It’ s going to be one of the top, if not the highest selling property on 30A; we’ re trying to set a record here.”
