Jenny stepped fully into her leadership role with clarity and determination, and James Huffman, a longtime friend of Ryan and respected industry professional, joined the business as Director of Construction. Together, they have upheld Shelter’ s standards and culture, strengthening relationships with clients, trade partners, and the design community.

In 2025, the firm completed six speculative homes alongside six custom builds and two remodels, meeting the strategic goal Ryan originally set.
