The business benefits from more than three decades of combined construction experience between Ernad and his father. Combining Ernad’ s wealth of knowledge and people-first approach with his father’ s technical know-how created the perfect foundation for DeMir Homes’ success. As Ernad explains, he founded the business after years of working in sales.“ As part of my job, I became very familiar with working with all kinds of people. I was able to evaluate which materials were most effective depending on the type of building, the environment, and the budget. I understood the pros and cons of different resources and was always at the forefront of any new innovations in the market.“ I possessed a lot of knowledge when it came to the tools of the trade, but my father really brought the handson experience. He’ s owned his own tile company since 2004, and I worked alongside him for some of that time. Being around him on construction sites, I was able to directly learn a lot about the processes, and together we were able to build something special.
