The builder is there to serve the architect’ s vision, and we find that both the architects and builders enjoy our process because it eliminates the traditional adversarial approach where a client is stuck between the builder and architect in the case of any issues. Rather than blaming one another, both parties are effectively incentivized to work together to find solutions.”
