With 2025 drawing to a close, Craig Tuttle Construction is approaching its 30th anniversary – a milestone symbolic of its unwavering commitment to clients as well as its perpetual pursuit of excellence. Modern Home Builders sits down with owner, Craig Tuttle, alongside the company’ s Design Department Lead, Alec Tuttle, to learn more about the qualities that continue to differentiate the company in a competitive market. Alec begins our conversation by elaborating on the company’ s capabilities.
“ We do new construction, renovations, and additions. Often, our projects start with a client coming to us wanting to move things around in their kitchen, add a pantry, remodel a bathroom, and so forth, but Craig has a great mind for identifying all the things that we could do to enhance the home as a whole,” Alec explains.“ Often, what starts as a simple renovation develops into a larger project once we help the client to visualize just what can be done. Our architectural drawings along with 3D renderings are detailed to the highest level which allows our clients to see exactly what they will be getting. This also allows us to price things out in a very unique way where everything is extremely transparent as every single receipt is provided to our clients as documentation.
