“ Our Instagram page has got a very active community, with a lot of our followers being other tradespeople. It’ s great because we get a lot of young and up-and-coming professionals who will look at our processes to figure out how they can do it better, and I really enjoy that,” James says.“ One thing that we do is that we record videos on the job. I’ ll do a site walk, stick some microphones on the team, and record us talking about the work, getting into the details of a project, or even just having a joke. We have some editors who are managing the content and the posting, but the video is raw – and it’ s real.”

“ At the start of 2025, we faced a huge tragedy with the fires in the Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena, which resulted in massive upheaval and destruction within those communities. From that, we’ ve got a lot of projects in the pipeline which are going to keep us busy for a long time. Alongside that, we aim to continue to grow steadily year upon year. We’ re going to continue to grow and develop our team whilst further refining and improving our processes,” James reveals, optimistic for the year ahead.
“ Our goal is to be the best builder in LA,” he says, concluding our conversation.“ We’ re not just specialized custom-builders: we’ re true master builders who are going to continue to refine our craft.” ■
