Looking further afield, the company anticipates continued growth.“ It is important for us that this growth is controlled and never exceeds what we can manage effectively,” Ben concludes.“ Often, we are six-to-12 months out on new projects, and we expect that trend to continue. Additionally, we are in the process of transitioning leadership to the next generation of our family.” ■
