“ Our main priority for 2026 is getting our arms around all of our new divisions. Our commercial division, for example, is really taking off, so we want to be a little bit more diligent in searching for development projects and ideas. We’ re currently working on a 200-acre project in Florida building thousands of homes on one site, so we’ re looking forward to bringing that into fruition in early 2027,” Derrick reveals.
