“ We specialize in what I call true design build. We do in-house architecture for the majority of the homes that we build, but we will bring in trusted designers and architects if the client needs someone with a little more specialist experience in a certain style,” Adam elaborates.
“ For this project, the customer came to us with an architect they’ d already hired and were working with for over a year. The customer wasn’ t happy; they weren’ t really getting the service that they wanted, and the project was running behind schedule. They were referred to us, so we brought in a trusted team to make sure that the project was staffed appropriately, because it was a big project. We brought in all the engineers, a landscape architect, and we met with our design partners to create schedules and manage the entire process in order to meet our customers’ timeframes. We were able to turn around the design of this 14,000 square foot home, with four structures across 45 acres, within six months.”
