With most projects taking around three years to get through the engineering and design phase, the company is always extremely intentional about which projects it chooses.“ There is a lot of thoughtful design behind all our homes,” explains Marv.“ We’ re currently working on several projects with different developments which are a couple of years away from completion, and our goal is to focus on strategic developments that respect the community, embrace nature, and complement the surrounding area.”
