“ Our relationship with Silo Ridge began as a partnership. We partnered with Discovery Land to be the developer at Silo Ridge. This meant handling the sales, operations, club, marketing, and real estate planning and execution,” Juan explains.“ As owners and partners, we were deeply involved from the beginning in determining how to successfully deliver a project of this scale, balancing high volume with an uncompromising level of quality. Given the project’ s location, approximately two hours from New York City, we recognized early on the risks of relying on outside builders who might not maintain consistent standards or of managing multiple local builders with varying approaches. To mitigate that risk, we made the strategic decision to keep construction in-house.
“ The site itself presented significant challenges: steep terrain, tight lot
configurations. and minimal space for staging, storage, and logistics. We had to
standardize how we built, operated, and managed logistics to maintain a high-quality standard of building, and, most importantly,
a safe environment for the community as it became operational. Operating an active club alongside ongoing construction presents challenges, but with the correct plan and implementation they can be managed together. To date, we have built almost everything that you see at Silo Ridge.”
