In 2025, David Hobgood assumed ownership of the company after decades spent working alongside his father. “ My father started the business around 40 years ago; he’ s built it from the ground up,” David reflects, recounting the business’ heritage.“ I’ ve been fortunate to grow up in it. Over the years, you begin to understand that this work is about more than construction. It’ s about people, and the responsibility that comes with building something so personal.
