As one of the largest malls in the US, it sits on nearly 150 acres, spans more than two million square feet, and draws more than 22 million visitors annually. The direction is gradual redevelopment around the existing retail core to enhance the retail experience for customers, as well as the addition of forsale housing and condominiums.”

Alongside that, we’ re focused on building out our fee management platform, with more owners partnering with us to manage their properties, as well as continuing to grow our construction management business.
