homebuilding services, giving homeowners the opportunity to create a home that’ s truly individual to them. Buyers can personalize one of Beverly Homes’ existing floor plans or collaborate with the company’ s inhouse Custom Home Division to design a completely bespoke home from the ground up. From exterior selections like siding, shutters, landscaping, detached garages, and outdoor entertainment spaces to interior finishes including custom cabinetry, countertops, lighting, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and spa-inspired bathrooms, nearly every feature can be tailored to fit individual preferences. Whatever the project, however, Beverly Homes is committed to understanding each of its customers inside and out, creating relationships that last a lifetime.
“ When people interview us, we want to make sure that our personalities fit and that
we both understand what we’ re going in for,” Forrest affirms.“ The biggest thing is expectation management. We don’ t do any smoke and mirrors; we’ d rather know people up front, so we make sure that we cover everything, from specifications to site work and worst-case scenarios. We want to make sure that everybody is happy and on the same page.
“ We also design all our homes inhouse, and we have some of the best designers in the industry,” he continues.“ We can customize your house to your needs, or if you like one of our plans, we can make changes fast if the lot allows, whether that’ s adding another bedroom, bonus rooms, or more square footage. When somebody comes in to buy a house, they’ re only signing off on the plans that we’ re building on. We can then make changes from there.
