“ Town & Country Builders was founded in 1978 by Vern Heacock, whose influence remains an important part of the company today,” Brad begins.“ A few years ago, the company entered a new chapter when Jason Yoder, Kevin Yoder, and Brad Yoder purchased the business from Vern. Having built a successful commercial construction company, they saw an opportunity to expand their residential market while preserving the reputation and values Vern had established over nearly four decades. Their goal was never to reinvent Town & Country Builders, but rather to build on its strong foundation and continue its legacy of quality craftsmanship and customer service. Shortly after the transition, they entrusted me with leading the day-to-day operations, and we’ ve continued to grow from there.
