We want to make sure that everybody is happy and on the same page.
“ We also design all our homes inhouse, and we have some of the best designers in the industry,” he continues.“ We can customize your house to your needs, or if you like one of our plans, we can make changes fast if the lot allows, whether that’ s adding another bedroom, bonus rooms, or more square footage. When somebody comes in to buy a house, they’ re only signing off on the plans that we’ re building on. We can then make changes from there.
