essentially triples us in size,” says Chris, who has led the San Antonio division since its founding in 2021, and has since taken on Austin. Much of that confidence stems from First America’ s relationship with its parent company, which also owns a development arm – Signorelli Development – giving the homebuilder early visibility into land acquisitions long before they reach the open market.
“ When Signorelli Development is considering a land purchase, we get the first look,” adds David.“ We have the opportunity to talk to them from the initial planning stages all the way through to the point of the first residential home sites being delivered to builders, and we’ re able to position ourselves where we want to be in that community.” He explains how the company follows a genuine filtering
