“ This company didn’ t start out as a luxury homebuilder,” begins Sam McCloskey II, Project Manager( Business Development).“ My father started the company in 1987. The business initially started with a small crew doing odds-and-ends type jobs, such as small renovations, home repairs, and small-scale commercial work. There were lots of ups and downs throughout the years – lots of long days from the family and employees that got the company in the position it is today.
“ As time went on, however, the company grew into what we are today: a highend, luxury homebuilder that’ s still family owned and operated, with over 200 years of combined experience,” he says.“ The family’ s hard work and dedication throughout the decades has given us lots of opportunities to work on really cool, high-end projects.”
