interesting.“ When we think about modern luxury, it all comes down to volume of space and simplicity; as Da Vinci once
said, simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. To the untrained eye, these
homes might look simple, but there are many elements that go into achieving that result. It’ s where we really excel – the clean lines, the sitelines, reveals, the large glazing, the systems behind the walls, and so forth. The ceilings are 13 feet tall and there are copious amounts of insulation with geothermal heating and cooling systems.”
