Prior to establishing Synergy Homes, Steve worked in the flooring, cabinetry and countertops industry for more than a decade, managing retail stores and helping homeowners select products for their projects.
“ In 2013, when it came time to build my own home,” he shares,“ I was able to supply many of those products myself. That experience sparked something unexpected. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the building process and quickly realized it was something we wanted to do again in the future. We became fascinated by the journey of creating a home from the ground up and seeing a vision come to life.
“ When I first started in the industry more than a decade ago, the homes we were building tended to be simpler and more entry-level,” he elaborates.“ Over time, however, both the market and our expertise evolved, and today we’ re focused on creating highly customized luxury homes with unique, high-end features.”
Elevated design expertise
A big part of that growth has been the addition of the business’ architect partner, Jeffree Nelson, to the team. Jeff has been designing luxury homes for more than 30 years and is well known throughout the region. His experience and vision have helped elevate the level of design and innovation Synergy Homes is able to offer its clients. Rounding out its executive leadership team is Dave Stanislawski,
Director of New Construction, and Vickie Rock, General Manager.
“ Today’ s homeowners are looking for far more than traditional living spaces. A couple of years ago, we even completed an underground shooting range. The clients who seek us out are often looking for something distinctive, and we enjoy finding creative ways to bring those ideas to life.
