Looking to the future, Steve shares his hopes for the coming years.“ Our focus is always twofold. First, we must deliver exceptional results for the clients whose homes are nearing completion, but we’ re also constantly looking ahead to 2027 and 2028. While we already have a strong pipeline of projects, success in custom home building requires planning years in advance. A key part of that is understanding where future development opportunities will emerge, particularly in a market where quality land is increasingly scarce.“ Our goal isn’ t to become a high-volume builder. We’ d rather remain focused on quality than scale for the sake of growth.
Ideally, we’ d like to consistently build around 12 to 13 highend custom homes annually.
That level of growth would allow us to further refine our processes, expand our team with a few additional specialists, and continue improving the client’ s experience.“ Custom home construction is highly collaborative, and homeowners often make changes throughout the build process. Being
