We’ re building a part of this beautiful mixed-use development that’ s going to be the new downtown Chesterfield.’ Originally, it was more of a suburb to St. Louis County, and people would commute to the city and to Clayton for work, but this was really going to be a new centralized hub. Being in that location was highly desirable, and by drawing inspiration from the master planned renderings and concept, we designed brand new modern and contemporary products to fit into that community. We drew inspiration from the overall design and built products specifically for it. Additionally, it has two very large lakes and tens of miles of walking and biking trails right out your front door.
