“ Whitehall Building is a design-build firm located in Annapolis, Maryland,” he begins.“ We opened our doors in 2014, but our core team has been working together since the mid-1990s. Prior to 2014, we were a fairly large production builder focusing on building higher-end communities. When we created Whitehall Building, we decided that we wanted to shift our focus locally, and design-build was a way for us to be more streamlined. Now, we really try to design our homes with not only our customers in mind, but also the property itself. We go from A to Z, handling everything from the designs to permitting and financing, so we have greater control to keep the workflow going to meet our customers’ needs.”
