Primarily focusing on high-end residential homes, the company also carries out some mixed-use projects, which are becoming increasingly popular in the area.“ These might be high-end storefronts with luxury apartments above, or smaller commercial projects of perhaps four stories, rather than major commercial buildings,” Henry elaborates.“ Everything we do is based around Western New York.
“ Currently, we’ re working on several high-end luxury homes as well as a mixeduse project. One of the interesting things we’ re seeing is how much clients want to incorporate luxury amenities into their homes. Golf simulators are extremely popular, along with multimedia rooms, theaters, and fitness centers. Really, if there’ s something a client wants, we’ ll find a way to deliver it. We’ re also seeing a lot of interest in wellness features such as saunas and cold plunges.
