Darren highlights a few of the company’ s projects:“ One current project is a historic property from the 1860s in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. It consists of a 2,500-square-foot addition along with a full custom renovation of the house.
“ The front façade and original character of the home is being preserved, so we integrated our addition seamlessly into the historic structure. The result will be a beautiful blend of past and present- combining functionality and style.
“ Another project highlight was a 6,000-square-foot whole-home renovation with a 3,500-square-foot addition on a lakefront property in Lakewood, Ohio. Originally built in 1915, this project features custom girder trusses with fabricated metal bolt connections spanning a 20-foot vaulted ceiling. The main room offers panoramic views
