of the lake through oversized windows and a wrap-around deck. The space exudes grandeur and openness, making it a truly stunning experience.
“ We also completed another lakefront project nearby, a 5,900-square-foot home on a 1962 property. The challenge here was renovating the entire home while building a large, four-story addition at the rear. It was a delicate balance, but we preserved the original elements the clients wanted to protect while integrating one of the most advanced smart home systems we’ ve installed to date. We were able to save and re-use original millwork, and we also recreated some original details that were not able to be preserved.”
Each of these spotlight projects began with strong collaboration. Mancuso Homes’ success comes from clear communication and structured processes, as Darren affirms:“ While the result is critical, our success is guided by a proven system and strong track record. We involve our clients throughout the entire project, including
decision-making through our in-house design team. Communication is continuous, with weekly updates and around-the-clock access to project logs, photos, and live camera feeds. This helps build mutual respect and trust, which leads to stronger collaboration and exceptional outcomes.”
People, process, and product come together at Mancuso Homes. With its tested approach to custom homebuilding, the company is poised for continued success. Looking ahead, Darren reflects on the future:“ Our goal is to keep improving our skills, abilities, and processes while working on cutting-edge projects that deliver exceptional products and services to our niche clientele. Through unmatched quality and reliable service, we aim to remain at the forefront of the design and build sector,” he concludes. ■
