We truly have a strong, dedicated, and cohesive team.”

The company’ s work is primarily focused in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Over the years, the team has learned to navigate the complexities of multiple jurisdictions and can guide clients through permitting and regulations efficiently. This ensures their homes, often their most valuable possession, are handled with care and integrity. Happy to stay local, Mountainwood focuses on doing excellent work and continually improving for the people who live in that area, rather than expanding geographically.
“ The biggest thing we do is pay attention to our clients,” Robert adds.“ A few years ago, we trained the entire team with a communications professional and continue to build on that learning. Just last week [ at time of writing ], we focused on a topic that was relevant to all of us, gathering team input to improve. Our goal is to build clients for life, ensuring they have a great experience, feel comfortable returning, and confidently refer us to friends.
“ From the very beginning, Heather and I wanted to build something bigger than ourselves; something that would outlast us but also give back to the community. Even as a small team, we got involved early with 82
