Habitat for Humanity, contributing to builds and projects. Over the years, our community involvement has grown; we now aim for two to three large volunteer projects annually, including food packing events and Habitat builds. With a larger team, organizing these projects can be challenging, but we continue to seek meaningful opportunities. We also focus on addressing the local housing shortage, using our expertise to contribute through the home building foundation and other community initiatives.”
Vital contributions
Looking to the future, Robert shares his plans for the remainder of 2026 and his hopes for the coming years.“ Our priority this year is simple,” he states.“ We want to keep getting a little better every day. We’ re proud of what we’ ve achieved, including recent honors like the National Remodeler of the Year award, along with other local and national recognitions. But for us, it’ s about incremental improvement; being better than we were last year, helping our clients more effectively, and gradually growing our presence in the local market.
“ A key part of that success is our team. We value ownership; team members who are self-starters, responsible, and think like owners. To maintain a strong, cohesive team, we invest in shared experiences, from service projects to fun activities like bowling. Equally important are our trade partners. While we have a strong internal team, the work they help deliver is essential. We treat and celebrate them as part of the team,” he concludes.“ Their contribution is vital to every project’ s success and integral to our focus on building excellence and forging lasting relationships.” ■
