Every decision must honor the integrity of the original while making the home livable, safe, and enduring for the family that will call it home next.
“ We’ re currently on our fourth historic project,” she continues.“ It’ s a beautiful mid-century modern home with terrazzo flooring, original fixtures, the full architectural vocabulary of the period. We’ re recreating elements of that terrazzo, maintaining the fenestration and the proportions. These are
