For the remainder of 2026, the focus is on completing the above-mentioned projects alongside a number of single-home projects currently under construction. In addition to that, Modern Age has around 15 permit applications pending in the town of Brookhaven, keeping a steady pipeline of future work in motion. There is also a recently sold property in East Marion on the North Fork, nearing delivery. For Peter, staying ahead of the market is a vital part of the job and a priority for the foreseeable future.“ Every day involves staying in contact, watching what is coming to market and trying to get involved before something gets listed publicly. This is almost a full-time job in itself for a company like ours, but it is what keeps us engaged and grows our business,” he concludes.
