As Pine Creek Construction( Pine Creek) prepares to celebrate 20 years in business, the company marks another milestone with a Gold Best in American Living Award( BALA) from the National Association of Home Builders- one of the industry’ s highest honors. The award recognizes Pine Creek’ s recent whole-house remodel of a 4,200-square-foot, mid-1970s Tudor-style home in Dunwoody, Georgia, transformed into a modern-day Tudor. The company also earned a second Gold BALA for a master bathroom project in Atlanta, Georgia, and has received 13 OBIE Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, including 2024 Remodeler of the Year.
