The high level of finishes and attention to detail goes hand in hand with our white glove service,” he shares.“ One of our most important construction practices is cleaning the construction sites daily; we like people to think that they could eat off the floors in our houses when they’ re under construction. Also, one of my pet peeves is when the garage becomes a dumping zone; I explain to all our subcontractors that during construction the garage is the foyer, because that’ s where customers come in and out.”
