We’ ve already sold the first couple, and we haven’ t even started marketing them yet. We’ re using a Southern Living plan for the Model home, so it will include lots of cool features such as wellness centers, golf simulators, tall ceilings, and glass elements. The plan will provide a very cottagey feel on the outside, but open and modern on the inside. It speaks to new buyer trends, so we know it’ ll be successful.”
