“ The home in Manasquan is approximately 16,000-square-foot, situated on one of the largest properties in the neighborhood,” Dominic reveals.“ The exterior architecture leans transitional, while the interior was carefully planned around a series of warm, intimate spaces that allow a home of this scale to still feel inviting and comfortable. The home features an expansive kitchen with custom cabinetry, a walk-in pantry and walk-through scullery, along with extensive custom millwork and trim details throughout. One of the more distinctive spaces is a custom bar room, featuring a backlit stone bar, rich, moody finishes, and custom wallpaper depicting a bathymetric map of the Hudson Canyon, a subtle nod to the homeowner’ s love of offshore fishing. modernhb. com 77
